Sponsored by Safe Sitter®, these programs get preteens and teens (and grandparents) on the right track to safely care for themselves AND others. They will also be able to respond quickly in case of an emergency.

Street Smart Self Defense (Girls & Woman 10+)
The Self-Awareness and Assertiveness. A more practical, personal safety program that equips girls, ladies & women with the tools they need to feel confident and secure wherever they go.

Subway Surf'n Camp
The Safety & Travel- Learn and ride public transportation (CTA, “L”, Metra). For ages 11-15

Bike Camp
The Safety & Travel- Navigate Park Ridge and surrounding areas trails, lakes, parks, nature centers, and other exciting and interesting sites. For ages 12-15

I am dedicated to helping teens identify their personal strength, build their confidence and see the infinite possibilities (Pi) to be successful in life, by being The Leader of their own lives.
